If you decide to print programs for this event then this committee would be responsible for designing and printing them. If you want to list the hymns that I will be singing during the event I will provide that list. If you are planning to use a Follow-up Committee you may want to include an attendance registration form either as part of the program or as a separate card that may be included in the program. Your attendance registration form should include the person’s name and whatever information the Follow-up Committee wants to use to contact the person later (that may be phone number, email address, mailing address, etc). If asking for phone numbers it may be helpful to add check boxes for “Text me” or “Call me”.
