This committee would be the ones to arrange transportation for anyone who would like to attend but needs a way to get to and from the event. If your church has a bus or multi-passenger van available you may want to plan to use that. If not, you can recruit people who would be willing to provide that service in the personal vehicles. You will need to provide a name and method of contact for the person who will be responsible for coordinating transportation to the Advertising and Invitation Committees. This person will then be responsible for matching those people who need transportation to those who can provide it and setting up time schedules. Make sure everyone affected is aware of the scheduled time for initial pick-up and all return trip plans. If one driver is picking up more than one rider make sure all riders are aware of the need to be ready on time.
