If your venue has technology that you wish to use (PA system and/or projection screens), then this committee would be responsible for co-ordination with me. I will need one microphone. I would prefer a hands-free microphone (either lapel clip or over the ear) but I can deal with either a hand held or fixed microphone. I will need to be able to connect my laptop computer’s headphone jack to one of the PA system’s inputs so I can play my recordings. I do my one-man quartet by recording the accompaniment and three of the voice parts, then play that recording and sing the fourth part live with it. If your venue has a screen projection capability that you want to use, let me know and I will provide the titles and words to the hymns I plan to use. You will be responsible for putting the words into whatever format is required for that venue’s projection system. You will also be responsible for providing someone to synchronize the projections to the hymns as they are being sung.
